and i queued a quote from a guy saying he wanted to apologize to his younger self

i just want to say that i also apologize to the younger me

i’m sorry that i’m not who you thought i’d be

i’m sorry for all the silly things i’ve done and for the silly person i’ve become

i’m sure you thought you’d do great things by now

but the truth is you never did, at least not at this moment

we can only hope those great things will come another day
